ADHD Support for Your Organisation

Practical workshops, coaching and awareness sessions designed to help your organisation better understand, support and unlock the strengths your people with ADHD.

Why This Matters

ADHD affects many talented employees, founders and professionals. Some of them will be in your organisation.

When you understand it and support them effectively, their ADHD can bring you creativity, innovation, problem-solving ability and entrepreneurial thinking. When misunderstood, it can lead to them to stress, overwhelm, disengagement and underperformance.

In addition, recent employment tribunals have seen employers receive large tribunal fines for not understanding and making reasonable adjustments for ADHD employees, ADHD is a protected characteristic under the Equalities Act 2010. This could cost your business dearly.

We help you move beyond compliance and awareness towards practical support.

Supporting ADHD Entrepreneurs to Work With Their Brain — Not Against It

Impact
Feedback & Ongoing Work
Growth Hub advisers were increasingly supporting business owners with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) who were experiencing:

  • strong ideas but inconsistent execution
  • overwhelm, procrastination and time-blindness
  • cycles of hyperfocus and burnout
  • difficulty maintaining momentum between sessions
  • frustration from “knowing what to do” but struggling to follow through consistently

It is estimated that between a quarter and a third of entrepreneurs are, or display traits of, ADHD.

Advisers needed:

  • practical tools
  • a shared framework
  • a better understanding of how ADHD brains operate under pressure

…to help neurodiverse clients build sustainable ways of working.
We delivered a two-part programme combining:

  • practical ADHD tools
  • behavioural understanding
  • lived experience
  • sustainable performance strategies

1. Adviser Workshops (2 x 2 hours)

Topics included:

  • understanding ADHD in business
  • executive function & interest-based motivation
  • overwhelm, nervous-system load & inconsistency
  • practical coaching and communication tools
  • introduction to the A.D.A.P.T. framework to tailor support for ADHD clients

The whole team attended the workshops, including both client-facing advisers and the specialist advisory team.

2. Entrepreneur Workshop (3 hours + follow-up sessions)

A practical, interactive workshop focused on:

  • understanding ADHD strengths & challenges
  • reducing overwhelm and internal friction
  • improving follow-through and consistency
  • building systems that work with the ADHD brain rather than against it
The programme was:

  • highly practical and interactive
  • grounded in neuroscience and lived experience
  • focused on sustainable implementation
  • supportive and non-judgemental
  • designed to reduce shame and improve self-understanding

Follow-up sessions ensured:

  • actions progressed
  • obstacles were explored
  • practical changes were embedded over time
For Advisers

  • increased confidence supporting ADHD clients
  • clearer structure for sessions
  • improved client engagement and follow-through
  • greater understanding of how ADHD can affect behaviour, motivation and consistency

For Business Owners

  • improved self-awareness
  • reduced overwhelm
  • practical tools to start and complete tasks
  • improved confidence and momentum
  • better understanding of how to work with their brain more sustainably

Feedback

“It's really important that we are able to support neurodiverse entrepreneurs and business owners to thrive. Ian’s programme has helped better equip our advisers when coaching clients. It has also helped our neurodiverse clients understand their brains better and provided them with practical tools to use in their businesses.
Ian has listened to our requirements and met the brief with bespoke sessions for our team and local businesses.”

— James Moore, Senior High Growth Adviser, New Anglia Growth Hub

“Ian is a fantastic trainer. He has lots of knowledge, patience in spades, all topped off with a lovely dose of humour.
What's more, he gives you the confidence to make the changes you know you need to.
I wasn't sure if the course would suit me, but having sat in a room of like-minded, like-behavioured people, it was such an enlightening morning, that I've come away with the tools and new mindset to make a real change to the way I work in my business in 2026.
This is the first time something has actually worked for how my brain operates.”

❓ FAQs

1. We are an employer, can you help us?

Absolutely, although our case study supported advisors and clients, the content, learning and tools are all completely transferrable and applicable to employers and employees.

2. Do our people need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?

No. If they strongly suspect they have ADHD, or relate to the challenges and traits we describe, they are welcome. Many of our clients are undiagnosed or awaiting assessment.

3. Do you support other neurodiversity training?

Yes and no, we currently specialise in ADHD, but do have a very strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder, especially when in shows up as comorbidity with ADHD.

4. Is this therapy?

No. We work in the training and coaching space — forward-focused, action-driven, and grounded in lived ADHD experience and science. Many of our clients do both coaching and therapy — and they pair beautifully.

5. How much does it cost for you to run a program for us?

We tailor every assignment to your exact needs and budget, so please reach out and we will be happy to put a proposal together.
